What is the difference between this one and the previous version?

The Iron Neck Alpha Plus Training Harness has upgraded honeycomb neoprene padding, thicker nylon construction, & most importantly, a new vertical adjustment strap with reinforced stitching to ensure the best fit possible.

Why is the alpha+ "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock." on amazon while the alpha is purchasable?

The Alpha Plus Harness is currently available, I'm not sure why you aren't seeing it but if you want to message us or contact our support team, we'd be happy to help you.
