Better than Noctua
I bought this because I had given up. I tried the most popular low profile coolers available and none worked as good as this cooler. I attached a Noctua NF-A12x25 fan and my idle temps are in the high 20s, Cinebench R23 doesn’t get past 74C with a Multi-Core score of 22,600.The only bad was that I was only able to position the cooler in a specific direction because the heat pipes and fins make contact with my RAM and Motherboard VRM heatsinks. My RAM is shorter than what is listed to work but it still makes contact with the cooler.I still would recommend 10/10My set up is a Asus TUF B760M WiFi Plus II with 13600K

Excellent Product, But
This works quite well, but it's time for me to vent. As I was reading the instructions, it states to remove the 15 mm fan for the AMD CPU and use the long screws to secure the 25 mm fan. My question is what? I looked in the box and the parts I scattered around, there was no 25 mm fan, the longer screws were there but no larger fan. Lucky for me I had purchased a 120 x 25 mm fan, a box of three about a couple of weeks earlier, from the same manufacture ID, and only used two of them. So I grabbed the fan I didn't use earlier and installed it. The IS-15 cooler works well and is extremely quiet, with my larger ID fan, that was not included. The smaller included fan was to be used for Intel CPU. I looked over the Amazon Description, there was no mentioned of requiring a different fan for AMD, which is not included in the box. It just states a 120 x 15 mm fan. I have a similar grip with the manufacture, I purchased another ID cooler, which I will review soon. ID's Products are good, but their communication is poor.

Frustrating Install
On the function bit, it functions great. In fact, it's performing very well and I have no issues or complaints about that. My only beef with it is the ease of installation which was non-existent. I can't believe how hard it was to get this thing to install because of the heat fins that were on my motherboard kept getting in the way and the size fit for this was supposed to be fine, even though PC part picker kind of led me astray by telling me in a small disclaimer that there might be fitment issues and I almost returned this. I bought it because it was one of the most popular aftermarket coolers on the market, so it seemed like it was the go-to one, but then when I saw how many Amazon returns were listed underneath it after I'd already purchased it, I started the bellyache and groan. Still, despite all the trial and tribulation of this entire most frustratingly piece of... Mmm. Hardware.... I got it installed. I don't know anything about noise level, I didn't hear anything but even if it sounds like a jet engine tearing up like it's about to take off, I'm willing to take it because at this point in time I just want my computer to stay cool.

Sweeeeet!
This BARELY BARELY fit my older b365m pro4 board with an Intel i5-9400. It too me a while to figure out the right orientation for some reason. It's cold in my basement still but it's keeping it at 23C idle. And about 40C on full load. Even in the 2u chassis.Great price. Runs very quiet. Installation and mounting was very quick all in all, put backplate on, put standoffs on, put the 2 brackets on and tighten them up with nuts. Paste the cpu and screw on the cooler.Instructions are a little lacking but all needed info IS there. My NAS is rockin' now!

Was not expecting a returned unit.
There's clear signs of wear from previous installation, the included fan came mounted in the wrong orientation (exhaust instead of intake), and one of the four required standoffs for AMD is straight up missing.I did not pay for a half-baked refurb. Nowhere in the product page does it warn that the product may be a returned unit, and even then there's clearly some work to be done in quality assurance as a vital piece is missing.
