I bought this mascara after trying a free tester of the non-waterproof version, which was the best mascara I have tried so far. This one, however, is nowhere close to it, and is much worse than the Clinique mascara I've been using before. It falls off easily, leaves smudges, and the effect is minimal - after five or six layers my lashes looked okay, but nothing special, with thin, clumped, grayish (not black) lashes - definitely not what I would expect for this price.I suspect that either the waterproof version of the mascara is much worse than the original, or that this product simply isn't what it claims to be, or might be old/damaged in some way.

Don't buy from this seller
I'm pretty sure this is a fake- I love this mascara but I bought it from this overpriced seller and it certainly is not the product I am used to. It didn't arrive in a box- why not?? I paid enough for it, I sit not brand new? Or not real? - what if I had bought it for a gift? Embarrassing. I also paid enough on postage to expect a quicker service- even if the product is from Germany - it was over a week in the end. Poor.

Not worth the money
I purchased this after never quite finding a mascara to compete with one I had in the late 90's - Helena Rubenstein's 'Spectacular'. Failing to purchase 'Spectacular' anywhere in the UK anymore, I plumped for this one. DISAPPOINTED. I've had much better mascaras for under £10!

Excellent
One of the best waterproof mascaras on the market. It's a little pricey but I wear it all the time (in or out of the water) in the summer as it doesn't smudge & is quick & easy to apply.

Lovely lashes
Excellent mascara for thickening and lengthening lashes without being clumpy. Love the packaging as well. Easy to use brush as well.

Very sexy and fabulous
The product came on time and neatly packaged thank you. Very high quality, smooth and it does the job well without any mess and doesn't stick . It does the job exactly how it was described. I intend buying the normal mascara and I will now stick with this make indefinitely as it's best and finest mascara I ever had. However I think it's too expensive. Will definitely recommend to friends and families to buy. Thumbs up
