Great goggles!
Very good quality goggles ideal for spectacle wearers like me, fit nicely & comfortably over spec's. Lens darkens immediately & gives good vision. Highly recommended product.

Handy for basic and car welding
I needed something handy for car welding, it worked just great. Under the car, no probs, clear view, dimming workes great.

They do work I had no arc-eye afterwards
They shielded my eyes when I used them for my MIG.Only thing I didn,t like was the fir on the bridge of my nose. But then I have a big one!

Fast reacting
Fast reacting and great for tacking car repair panels in areas that it is impossible to get a full helmet. Added bonus is that they hold my glasses firmly in place for viewing the weld accurately. Use with a welding balaclava to protect skin though.

Great eye protection
Was looking for a replacement welding mask due to my old glass becoming pitted. Found these automatic darkening goggles and decided to try them. Instantly made my welding experience to be safer and more accurate. The flip up welding screen to reveal the clear glass eye protection for other hazardous work means these goggles have now become my best friend. Was originally expecting them to fog due to my experience with other goggles, but have had no problems even when working in a very cold workshop. They come with a second screen protector and further replacements can be obtained by searching for the correct size at all good welding suppliers. Regarding protecting your eyes, these goggles are worth their weight in gold.

Unbelievably effective for Arc Welding
I didn't really believe this was possible for Arc Welding, and checked several reviews so as not to harm my vision, and even then was extremely careful about striking the first Arc. I was amazed at the speed that the glass darkened, and could then fully relax, and concentrate on the job in hand. However, only 4 stars, because it's too dark for 2.5 mm Welding Rods, and haven't been able to find any glass grade 8.For effectiveness, I would give the full 5 Stars. What a HUGE difference from the old-fashioned way of having to flip the Glass up and down repeatedly, to hit the right spot.I've only used the Goggles for 1 job, but needless to say, it was "job done" - - - with the greatest of ease.
