These Always pads with wings are a lifesaver! I've been using them for years, and I'm hooked. They make me feel safe and protected from any accidents. The absorbency is top-notch, and they're so comfortable to wear.As I'm approaching menopause, my periods have become heavier and more unpredictable. These pads have been a godsend, but I'm guessing I'll need to switch to the thicker ones soon. Even so, I'll still be loyal to the Always brand - they know their stuff!

I’ve been using these for years due to having some mild incontinence from having three very large children. They do last eight hours and I wear them every day and every night. I would know that they would not work for heavier incontinence but if you’re just having mild incontinence, they are very good product

I had a baby last year so my cycles are still somewhat adjusting. The first few months a noticed that I had to wear a tampon along with pads because I was soaking through pads quite frequently. These pads are nice enough to do what they’re supposed to do. Just be careful moving around. I had a dentist appointment and was asked to scoot up some and unbeknownst to me my pad moved. Well when I got up I relaxed I had not been siting on the pad at all and bled through my pants. Thankfully there was paper underneath me but still embarrassing incident!!
