Absolute must have
This item is so easy to use, it's so straightforward. The grinding of the ice is noisy but that's to be expected really. It's not too bulky either so you can keep it on your work bench or store it neatly away when you're done.

Useless
Wouldn’t make frozen cocktails. Which it was bought for. Ice wouldn’t chip or go thro the blade. Fed up with it even using crushed/small slivers of ice, it blocks up & wont work!!
