HIPSTART Training Aid - Improves Hip Rotation in Minutes

I bought this for my son who is learning to play golf and it has changed his game! The one thing his instructor couldn't get across to him was proper hip rotation. When he first used this he didn't think it worked then his Dad put it on and showed him how to do it! He tried it again and really put his hip into the swing and it worked! (Light bulb moment!) No amount of explaining and showing him could beat the instant feedback this device provides. My husband is using it now and my son's instructor was so impressed he got one for lessons...or so he says!

Ok. I wish you could use without a belt. Suggest a clip.

Simple device, yet It works!

Not so much help because I play tennis and it is heavy for the shorts "belt"

I purchased the HIPSTART so I can warm up the hips before playing round of golf. If you every played sports. The key is warming up and stretching to have balanced body in tune before playing. It truly helps with muscle memory as well. I have to say it was able to hit the ball straighter because with pre warm up helped me swing with balance in excel in power. I recently few years back suffered a back injury , and it was able to loosen those areas that tightens over time when playing so I can play with enjoyment again. Absolutely the best warm up tool before you play your sport. I cannot be happier. I will buy a lot for friends. Maybe not golf buddies because I want to beat them using this edge now.
