For the price and the value it is so worth it. I originally bought their competitors brand for double the price. I ended up, losing it. I mention this because this one comes with a very sturdy case and a nose plug. The way it’s constructed it is literally impossible to lose. I spent half the price on this one and got more value

Easy to use, easy to operate

Product is as expected, instructions are super small print though. It appears to be exactly what my husband needs to increase lung function if I could only get him to use it.

It really help me to broke mi limitator on the gym, it's incredible the result, always have smoked and since i stopped and start training back i always had problems with my breathing,, but since a few weeks back using this, somethign started to happend that been broken my own records for reps and cardio, amazing, very thankful!

Need better instruction how to use, its not simply a breathing therapy is also how to use it to get full benefits , otherwise can make things worst

This was my first time purchasing one of these devices so I was a little skeptical. Instructions are easy to understand, product is great!

The only nice thing about this product is the case. The breathing apparatus and attachment is garbage and does not work at all. Save your breath.

I washed it and dried it overnight and it still has a strange taste and smell. It works though and my breathing feels better even after one use my lungs feel more open.
