If you are looking for a home security camera I highly recommend this one! We got this camera because we live in a rural area and the power goes out often so having a solar security camera is very beneficial. Everything about it is Superb! The video is clear, the picture is Bright and the entire features on the camera is awesome, setting it up is so easy. Setup could not be easier with the voice commands and the well-written manual. the solar cell power cord is more than enough to position the camera where you want without worry about setting the solar panel too, I was able to position the cameras and solar panels where it maximized their function.I was surprised at how easy it was to install. Drill guides are provided to place holes for the mounting screws, and the camera just slips onto the mount. The solar panel installs the same way, and can be pointed in virtually any direction to catch maximum sun exposure. I did not experience any WiFI setup issues at all. In fact I was surprised that the camera was able to pick up the signal at the distance I have it mounted at.The real standout feature is the app. The features of the camera are all easily accessible in the app. The app also provides a good interface for the security features, such as the motion detection alarm. That feature allows you to set an alarm area. a period during which you want the alarm and notifications active, and gives you the ability to sound an audible alarm and turn on lights for full color video even a night.We have had a very positive experience with this company, getting a hold of customer service was easy. The customer service representative was a very positive experience they made everything easy! We look forward to purchasing another pair very soon. So don't hesitate get you one, two, or three, you won't regret it.

I recently received this camera and am quite pleased. This camera was very easy to install since it is solar powered and there is only one wire going from the camera to the solar panel … That's it! The documentation was a step above what you'd expect from many imported items. Very easy to understand. You need to download the Wansview Cloud app to your smartphone to start the setup. Just follow the onscreen instructions, and the software in great to operate the camera. Be sure to fully charge the camera before installing it where the solar cells can keep up. I have this camera mounted outdoors on my shed about 50 feet away from my closest Google mesh router and it works flawlessly. I've owned it for 3 weeks and I haven't noticed any lost connection. The camera allows 2way conversation as well as motion notifications. Picture is clear day or night and voices are clear also. It also has a manual alarm.I'd recommend this camera to anyone and I would consider buying again if I find the need.UPDATE: The battery will not charge correctly. Even using a USB charge in the house it only last hours before it discharges.
