I've bought many different varieties of Baltic Honey Shop's honeys, they've all been good - not overprocessed, simply uncapped, centrifuged, filtered and sent off for bottling. This 2017 Heathberry blossom is produced in exactly the same way, and well packed for safe delivery.The honey itself is very mild and light - I prefer a more robust honey where I can pretty much tell what the bees have been foraging on in the flavour profile - I can't with this, it's a bit passive, there's no real character there and for that reason it lost a star. Would have lost two, but in all other respects, everything is spot on.

I almost wanted to give this honey a bad review so I could buy it all! I have tried many different varieties of honey over the years and I have to say this honey is outstanding! Literally the best honey I have ever tasted.
