This is the best sea moss gel that I’ve tried so far, I like the taste, the health benefits, it has a smooth texture, like apple sauce. I have noticed skin improvement, it’s easy to use. It has good quality ingredients.

This product is amazon. It helped me with bloating and my gut health overall and it taste super yummy for it to be seamoss. 10/10 !

I have been taking blue sparilla sea moss sense May 15th 2025. I'm on my 4th jar. I LOVE THIS STUFF! I'm fifty seven years old and I feel amazing! No Ace, no pains, no menopause hot flashes, tons of energy and mental clarity is amazing. With menopause you can get brain fog and it's completely gone. My stomach has becoming like It's usual self again. During my metapause journey I have gained about ten pounds and it was all on my hips and stomach. It's slowly but surely melting off. In addition to my usual healthy eating I think incorporating the super nutrient food has gotten me back to my normal body chemistry. I've always been a healthy active person who ate a balanced diet.However ,as we age somehow our body doesn't receive the vitamins and minerals as easily as at once did. This truly is a super food that I keep sharing with my friends. I'm so eternally grateful for this product and will continue to take it. I don't take my regular vitamins anymore either. Not the greatest taste but has really great benefits. I’ll definitely be trying the mango and pineapple next. It has the worse long lasting aftertaste. I got my jar yesterday so I tried it at the end of the day which probably wasn’t a good idea since I was really restless last night however I felt great with good energy & not fatigued like I normally am. Definitely will be my morning routine! Just a side note that if it’s your first time trying this it’s recommended to do a teaspoon first so your body can get used to all the vitamins & minerals. Then you can start to do the 1 to 2 tablespoons a day. I’ve only done a teaspoon & this morning I don’t feel as bloated as I usually am and don’t feel tired either!

Ordered two jars. Arrived quickly, and not broken! Always a plus. Purchased the strawberry and love it. I can eat a spoonful of it and be unbothered by the taste. Great customer service as they sent a message to ensure the product arrived safe and in good condition. My mom loves the sea moss and so do i. We see the difference.

I received my package in good condition, no broken jar or seal. It has a apple sauce, baby food look to it. I chose mango flavor. It's a hint of mango, not alot but noticeable. So far it keeps me regular &not bloated. I just take it and swallow, easy going down. I plan to buy again.

Ok so this is my first try at this sea moss stuff and when I first tried it , it was like baby food , not too thick! sweet good fruit flavor.. but then that sea moss comes flooding in and no mater what you drink or eat you can’t get that taste out your mouth you burp and that’s what you taste! I haven’t noticed any difference though, and haven’t lost weight like it says either!! It’s easy to take a spoonful or 2 a day. I’ll keep trying it and get back if anything changes !!

Only giving it 4 right now based on taste, I just tried it today and it absolutely tastes like cinnamon apple sauce, I did sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top of the spoon. I can't comment on benefits yet, but will after a month of using it. I was so scared to try this as I've heard sea moss tastes terrible and like fish. While there is a bit of aftertaste of like seaweed, its not bad. If you like sushi, you won't have a problem with it. Hopefully I see good things with this and will continue to purchase if I do. It also does smell like apple sauce. As I sit here writing this, the after tastes also kinda reminds me of how leather smells.... sounds weird but not a bad thing it goes away as I drink my water.
