HP MFP M377dw Colour LaserJet Pro Printer

When my old HP printer home business died, Printerland recommended a Lexmark. I was cautious as I'd read they were difficult to set up but Printerland's salesman persuaded me otherwise. I was right. I spent around 4 hours ion the phone over two days trying to set up the wifi with the help of Lexmark's customer services team, but they clearly didn't know what they were talking about and so the printer went back to Printerland. I bought this in its place. I plugged it in and had set up the wifi within minutes, and downloaded the software within a few more. I was up and running within 30 minutes. HP know how to make their printers easy to use. And the all-important print quality is A1.

Love it. Fabulous printer, scanner, copier, duplex et al. Can't really understand why we never bought a colour laser printer before. (wait... could it be because of the ludicrously overpriced toner refills ?) Oh yes that was it. Note to self: print as little as possible Edit: 2 & 1/2 years later, still the best printer I have ever bought, just starting to go low on black and cyan toner

I bought this printer for use at home. It arrived as scheduled and was easy to set up and connect to my wifi. It prints quickly, the print quality is very good and it's easy to copy or scan documents. Recommended.

Really bad printer after only a couple of months of usage I got this error message and I called a local repair shop they said you might as well buy a new one .

Had the printer about 2 months now in a home office environment. I bought a laser because we only print occasionally and inkjets just dry up. Printing is quick, clean and exactly as you'd expect from an HP laserjet. The big advantage for me is the document handler. This has allowed me to "go paperless". I've been able to digitise old statements and documents I need to keep for tax purposes or as proof of purchase, and do away with whole filing cabinet (a small one admittedly - but bigger than the printer). Using the software is to make double sided scans is not difficult, and single sided scans just work. I'd have given it 5 stars except that the document handler is not good with the cheaper quality paper used by some credit card companies for their statements. Amex and Barclaycard are handled fine, but Lloyds TSB will usually double feed! The machine's size is also reasonable and it drops in to power saving mode efficiently - which is good for home use. I've not tried the WiFi. Automatic double sided printing is also a good saving. And finally, unlike some other brands, HP don't lock you to their toners, nor do they force you to replace a toner when the machine reports it as empty.

Really good printer easy to use and was easy to set up. Very quiet and fabulous results. Really impressed with the colours which are much sharper than our old inkjet printer.

Great printer, easy to set up on the network and prints really well. Don't understand why people persevere with inkjet printers when you can get these at such a good price.

High quality printer, great scanner. It's a bit slow on the interface, and turns itself off a lot, which you can't disable. I like it, good speed, takes high quality paper, duplexing is good. Consumables are expensive tho. Could do with a bit more memory for the big jobs.

Venivo da una Xerox 6015N di pari livello (dichiarato), pagata quasi il doppio, con cui mi sono sempre trovato malissimo. I vantaggi principali di questa HP sono la facilità d'uso (meno di un'ora dalla ricezione del pacco per avere tutto funzionante, AirPrint compreso) e la qualità di stampa, anche delle fotografie. Se aggiungiamo il fronte/retro automatico e la velocità di uscita della prima stampa, la 5° stella è garantita! Unica piccola pecca è che non sono riuscito a configurare l'invio delle scansioni su una cartella del computer, ma questo è un problema risaputo per gli utenti mac.

Es una buena impresora, no es perfecta, pero ahora os lo detallo mas: Ventajas: *Impresión láser, nos olvidamos de cartuchos de tinta secos. *Escaner incorporado en la impresora, nos permite pasar al ordenador, USB, enviar por correo electrónico o hacer copias fácilmente (Con conocimientos básicos) *Impresion a doble cara. *Pantalla tactil en la impresora que es muy intuitivo. *Conexion a RED mediante cable o WIFI. *Lector de memorias USB Desventajas: *Toner (la tinta con la que imprime) original caro, pero en compatible es asequible (aunque todos los compatibles no funcionan igual de bien, hay que buscar unos que funcionen bien, que si que existen) deja instalarles sin problema, solo hay que cambiar un ajuste y existen un montón de tutoriales por interne y es sencillo de hacer. *No escanea a doble cara automaticamente desde la bandeja, te lo hace juntando dos paginas (una cara de cada una), si quieres que lo haga 1 hoja dos caras, lo tienes que hacer en manual. (igual no lo usas y te da igual ya que si quieres una impresora hp y que lo haga, es un mayor desembolso, al menos en fechas en la que la compre). *Es una impresora láser, muy buena pero no esperes acabados fotográficos, si es así no es tu impresora, si es para impresión, copia y escaneo de documentos, esta puede ser tu impresora. Eines vorweg. Der Drucker lässt konfigurationstechnisch fast keine Wünsche offen. Prinzipiell bin ich von den meisten Features als Privatbenutzer begeistert. Natürlich würde ich innerhalb einer Firma aus sicherheitstechnischen Gründen das eine oder andere Feature deaktivieren. Aber solange man weiß welche Wege ein Druck geht ist es kein Thema. Features: Neutral: Druckfunktionalität über den Windows PC (Installation hatte am Start ein Problem das mich im Endeffekt dazu zwang die Software zu deinstallieren und neu zu installieren. Wenn die Software einmal installiert ist ist der Rest kein Problem) Positiv: Druck von Handy oder Tablet, egal ob Apple oder Android Die Konfiguration war ziemlich leicht für mich. Druck ist recht praktisch. ( Positiv: Scan to Folder (in meinem Fall habe ich einen Onedrive Folder am PC nur für Sans freigegeben. Lieber wäre mir eine Möglichkeit gewesen, direkt auf Onedrive zu scannen. Positiv: Die Möglichkeit bestimmte Templates zu drucken wie Checklisten, linierte oder karierte Blätter, Kalenderseiten usw. Der Drucker hat einen Lüfter der nicht zu leise ist. Ich empfehle da die Energieeinstellung schärfer zu schalten dann schaltet sich der Lüfter schneller aus und die Zeit bis er wieder Einsatzbereit ist ist immer noch kurz genug. Die zusätzliche optional erhältliche Papierlade ist praktisch weil ich kein Papier in den Kästen rumliegen haben will. Der Scanner hat so seine Tücken. Er scannt im Papiereinzug selten gerade. Am PC in der HP Scan Software gibt es einen Punkt Scanseiten geradeziehen. Das kann manchmal gut funktionieren. Manchmal hat der Scan aber dann den gegenteiligen Effekt. Dank vorheriger Rezensionen und der entsprechenden Warnung habe ich die Folie für den Scan über den Einzug nicht entfernt. Daran liegt es nicht. Ab und zu will er eine Seite nicht einziehen. Dann hilft ein kleiner manueller Schubs. Wenn man sich damit beschäftigt kommt man nach und nach drauf welche Settings für einen Scan gut sind. Dass der Scanner kein Vollduplex hat ist kein Problem da die Software einem für manuellen Duplex ziemlich gut weiterhilft. Man muss nur die gescannten Seiten nochmals ohne Umdrehen durch den Scanner jagen und die Software erledigt den Rest. Apropos Software. Ich finde es toll dass man bestimmte Seiten nach dem Vorschauscan noch in der Software manuell drehen kann bevor man das Dokument (in meinem Fall PDF) erstellt. Das Druckbild ist absolut ok. Natürlich kann es zu einem Tintenstrahldrucker nicht ganz mithalten aber wenn man das gedruckte Bild danach laminiert bekommt man auch sehr gute Bilder hin. Ich persönlich finde die Farbpracht ziemlich gut. Den Scanner habe ich erst wenige Tage im Einsatz daher fällt ein Langzeittest noch flach. Den einzigen Fehler den ich bis jetzt hatte war dass der Drucker über das Netzwerk nicht erreichbar war und ich ihn bis jetzt einmal neu starten musste.

Bonjour, Notre imprimante a était livré par une personne qui a balancer cette dernière dans notre zone de livraison. Carton retourné au sol, avec trace d'impact sur le carton. Le livreur ne sait pas présenté a nos agents de réception, ni à l'accueil. Heureusement que le produit était bien protégé dans son emballage. Imprimante OK, pas de soucis avec. Mais la livraison déplorable.

Il prodotto è arrivato in 2 giorni come era stato indicato. Confermo serietà e professionalità azienda molto seria. La stampante e stata semplice sia l'installazione che la configurazione wifi in poco tempo scaricando una applicazione sullo smartphone posso stampare anche dal cellulare. Sono bastati pochi minuti per effettuare tutte le configurazioni. Consiglio l'acquisto rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
