Comfort and clarity
Nice comfy fit with crystal clear sound quality. Well made and no issues. Ended up buying more for the rest of the team.

Not water proof
The d ring is too big to sit around my ear and one of them got a little bit of snow in the microphone and damaged it. The sound quality however is good

Good earpiece for most radios
Rubs a bit behind the ear but otherwise great sound quality and good volume. Mic very clear and responsive.

Excellent product / excellent service!
Excellent product. The item was shipped fast and it added bonus that it has 2 in the package (one for use and a spare). Comfort was A1 and it is very functional!

Stopped working after 5 uses
I bought this for work and sound quality was decent however it broke literally 4 or 5 shifts into my job. About 30 hours worth of use which is nothing. I have been storing them away safely when not using them so it must have a hardware issue somewhere inside it. For this reason i feel either a refund or a replacement unit should be given to me. So far so good
Hasn't let us down yet. Bought this ear piece for working on the doors as I prefer the style of ear piece (on the ear) over other designs for comfort and it's ease of reattaching to the ear as well. Can clearly hear what's said on the radio (as long as the message sender is making sense haha) and the microphone clearly picks my voice up even during high levels of volume such as music and other people shouting. Definitely recommend

Accesorio muy práctico e imprescindible para trabajar con comodidad. El micro transmite muy limpio y el auricular se oye a la perfeción. instalado en Motorola DP1400.

Wer den ganzen Tag den Funk trägt ist mit einem Klemmlautsprecher wie diesem froh, die Ohrmuschel nicht zu stark zu belasten. Wenn aber nach zwei Tagen das Kabel am Stecker bei beiden Teilen schon einen Wackelkontakt hat, rate ich deutlich ab.
