Q: Hi, i have just bought this today. It is mentioned that it's works on induction hub but it's not working actually. Any suggestions?

It works on induction, gas and electric stove. Unsure of what’s the issue but make sure it lid is airtight and change the gasket regularly. Also this pressure cooker does not hard whistle like other Hawkins pressure cookers but it’s more a slow low whistle which gets more insistent as the pressure increases.

Q: Is it dishwasher safe?

No, hand wash only. Putting it in dishwasher will remove the outer protective coating

Q: Will it work on induction hob

It doesn’t work on a modern induction hob. It may work on an electric hot plate, but that is a different. Very unsatisfied with the description on this product. They are also charging excessive shipping fees
