Extra Large

These weighted plugs are a great value and seem under rated. They offer very high quality silicone and construction, great shape and fit. The weighty feeing must be felt. I ordered large first and thought it was too big. But with patience I was able to easily accept the full toy in. I thought base design seemed too long at first…but have come to appeciate the tabs (really comfortable, comparatively to others I’ve tried). As well the stem - it’s a great design, with enough flexibility for movement when inserted. Notably I find it’s very comfortable to “sit” while this toy is inside. The bulb portion of the toy has some flex to it (space between the bulbous head and second bump) which is nice. The stem is thin, flexible and comfortable - but not once have I worried this toy would break. Overall very satisfied with the purchases. Hetero male looking to reach that much talked about “hands free o.” Try it while exercising. The thing rocks. Also ordered the medium and love that as well. Kinda want to try XL as the other two have been such fun to use. Update: purchased the XL. It’s insane, but hopefully you knew that when buying, I was expecting big - but it’s kind of a behemoth. At first I was angry with it, as i doubted being able to use it. It really does present as laughably large and heavy. But to me that’s part of the challenge. Be calm, have patience, no rushing, good water based gel lubricant and play around till in it goes. Maybe not for everybody and definitely not for beginners, XL size is not an everyday plug. The medium and large are perfect for that. XL sits at the top of the collection - for when you want that extra test of what you can take. Thinking of getting the small size as well just to collect them all.

Awesome design, the weigh is really nice, sits in just the right area. Things to know, 1. Size , go one size lower than you think you need (i was actually 2 sizes lower for the perfect fit ). the t handle is nice but for some people like me, I had to shave the end of the taint handle a bit because it sat at an angle that ended up after a while being uncomfortable

Safe comfy slim strong base. You won’t lose it. Xl is nice and wide. Nice long stem

Size, shape, weight, feel, quality - all excellent; but the stem, waaay excessive in length. No possibility of wearing it underneath clothes. 6'0" and bought an XL prostate.

It's heavy, it's big, it's got a unique shape for a plug, and the thin neck helps keep it from popping out. My only beef is with the arms that stick out. Sit on it wrong and it gets uncomfortable enough to be distracting, but that seems to be a conmon theme with toys that use them. All in all, it's a good deal

I stepped up from the Aneros Progasm to the Heavy Hitters Prostate Plug in the large size. It was a bigger jump than I anticipated. Did work with with some continued persuasion, but then not always a comfortable fit. Won't give less stars just because my eyes were bigger than my um, stomach? Make sure you're ready.

The bulbous end should be opposite of what it is. Difficult to keep in . Like the curve . Prostate stimulus 5 star ⭐️.

Opening this size small was definitely “underwhelming” however from the moment I inserted it I realized how perfect it is. If you’re wanting something you can comfortably wear in public and with ease then this is perfect! I originally ordered the large because the dimensions didn’t sound very large. I quickly realized that the large is large enough, especially because the “tip” is not narrow. Although I will still use the large for home use, I would NEVER wear it while in public. The small however is PERFECT. Comfortable while still providing pleasure. Great quality product!
