House of Paws Hessian Oval Dog Bed, Small, Grey

This is the second House of Paws bed that I have bought. The first one I was thrilled with and is still in use but after several years and many washes in the washing machine it is looking a bit tatty now so I bought a new one for upstairs and keep the old one downstairs for when he is muddy. Unfortunately, the new one isn't anywhere near as thick and sturdy as the old one and the sides collapse when my dog lays his head on them and the whole bed tips. He's only a Cocker Spaniel and is in the medium size bed. Also, the hessian finish on the outside snags on just about anything rough it comes into contact with so it starts to look tatty very quickly. I bought this in my local agricultural store as at the time Amazon didn't have his size and it's been in use for 5 months. My dog spends more time sleeping on the floor than in this bed, whereas he still loves the original bed, so I'm really disappointed that I wasted my money on this item. If House of Paws read these reviews then please go back to your original design.

Our dog loves her new bed, we bought it as a ‘new home’ bed when she moved in with us, and she has really settled. The bed fits into our decor at home which was important to us.

This was a lovely dog bed, unfortunately it was very small and had to be returned. I would recommend that if buying this product the next size up would be better due to the sizing. However as these are quite pricey the next size up for me was too expensive so I wasn't able to purchase one.

My dogs wanted to lie in this bed as soon as it came! I was nervous about the sizing after reading other comments as I had ordered a small for my little chihuahua but it is really big compared to him, in fact both my chihuahuas can fit in together which is nice. It feels comfy and the sides are strong and sturdy!

One of them hasnt got out of it, the other is very jealous, may need to purchase a second just for him

Lovely bed for the money, not as grey on the outer as portrayed more hessian brown colour but my little boy loves it perfect for bolognase size dogs

Beautifully stylish bed purchased for medium sized cat. High quality, beautifully designed and robust. Can easily accommodate 2 medium sized cats. Would definitely recommend.
