I love the size of the compartments for holding the eggs. I love the versatility of this pan. You can use this pan to make soft eggs (like over easy without flipping them) or hard fried eggs (flip them) or even individual omelettes (flip them). it comes with a handy small spatula that works great with the pan. Be sure to put a little oil in the compartments before you drop in your eggs so they don't stick. I just but a dot of oil in each compartment and use a paper towel to grease the whole bottom and sides. It heats up quick and if you like your eggs well done with a bit of brown to the whites - this pan will do that perfectly!! It works great on electric and gas but can not be used with induction and you can't put it in the oven but that is not what it's made for anyway. It makes great eggs quickly and is very easy to clean up (but the oil in the compartments).

Performs well on gas cooktop, shown is egg,chopped broccoli and cheese breakfast, mix what you want with egg, also round pancake to make breakfast sandwich with. Easy to clean.

So, it works. I did see some reviews of broken lids. Mine is fine so far. My biggest complaint is that the little metal ring, which you screw the handle into, gets HOT. So, you'll cook, let the pan cool, take it to the sink to wash, touch that ring, and yeah. Does not dissipate heat as fast as the pan. Other than that, it works great. I've mostly only done eggs so far, no stick. I flip them so they do cook all the way through. I got some ground turkey meat today to try burgers with, so we'll see how that goes. I would recommend trying it out.

This frying pan works great. It makes fried eggs with a consistent size of 3" in diameter. Also works great for mini pancakes.

I like it, save the time.

I had a tiny frying pan, but it was still too big for frying eggs for an egg sandwich and having them actually fit on the muffin. This pan has wells that fit muffins perfectly, which is why I bought this pan. It's non-stick so they eggs slide with ease. The only problem I have is finding a spatula that will fit in the small well to turn the eggs over! The pan cleans with great ease. The pan comes un-assembled... the consumer must attach the handle to the pan and the lid, which is a little odd, but not too difficult. It didn't come with instruction on which side of the lid the washer goes on, but I checked pre-assembled lids in my cabinet and assembled it like them.

Tried it for the first time today, for pancakes. A little dab of oil, a lowish heat, and voila, four perfect pancakes. Will try it with eggs tomorrow, but expect the same results. We opted for the unit with the glass cover, as we plan to use it for hamburgers as well.It would be nice if it was dishwasher safe, but with that said, it only takes a few minutes to wash by hand, so we can live with that. Not sure how long it will last, but the non-stick coating on electric frying pans seldom lasts more than a year or two, so maybe this will help extend their useful life.

I use it for eggs and for dollar pancakes. Works well for both. Flipping food can be a bit tricky, as the pan is slippery, the spatula is not necessarily wide enough to properly lift the food out and then you have to put the food right back into the indent and it doesn't always land directly in the center. Gets better with practice.

Like all Chinese crap being sold on this site the product description is false advertising. This IS NOT NON STICK. The first egg I cooked on it stuck. It would help if these products would at least be honest about their capabilities.
