I love these bracelets so much! Perfect gift and a good price. Unfortunately the one I gave to a friend has very slightly unraveled around the part that tightens the strings. My friend is too worried about it coming apart to wear it out. May order another one if possible. Otherwise I would recommend. Mine has held up well even in the shower!

In short, it is a braided piece of red string with two ornate beads and a fine one at that. The longer version is this is braided well, the string is sturdy, and the color does not run. I have been wearing mine for a month now and it looks as good as the day I put it on. I was looking for something with a simple design and this fit the bill perfectly. Due to the type of string they use, when it gets wet, the knot I used to secure the slip knot comes loose but I was never a boyscout and at the end of the day, the slip knot will keep it secure from falling off.I am VERY happy with the purchase and for a braided piece of red string...it is freaking awesome!!
