Does this come with straps?

No. It’s great to lay on or have laid on your back. If it’s on top of your back, you will want some kind of weighted blanket.

Does it have a cover with it or can you use it directly on your body or do you have to use a towel?

It does not have a cover for it. I recommend using a pillowcase or if it is still to cold use 2 pillowcases. If you use a towel it tends to prevent to coldness from penetrating to your muscles correctly. I hope the information helps. I love the ice pack and bought 2 again when my Dad had his knees replaced and sent them to him to use.

11 1/2" x 7 3/4" If you feel you need a larger one, Amazon also sells one by Flexi Kold that is 14" x 11". We have purchased both and use them extensively. One of the Gelpads starting leaking after about a year, but as I said, they were used everyday extensively.

Cela me permet de réguler ma température corporelle.Très bonne qualité, je recommande cet article.

Very satisfied

Good material and very neat stitching. There is a lot of gel in it and it works well

Marc
