Much quieter when going over speed bumps
Prior to installing this, it sounded like the spare tire was coming through the back window when I went over a speed bump (or similar bump). Now there is no sound from the tailgate going over the same bumps.This is a great solution that is easy to install. I highly recommend it.

Rattle and clunk noise fixed
Although this is a good fix it’s just a bandaid for the real problem. This absolutely worked to fix the rattle and clunk noise and I am very happy. The hinges are the real problem for the sagging tailgate. I’ll be replacing the hinges next for a smooth closing tailgate.
