Pure drinking water for the health of you and your household.
I bought a second Epic Water pitcher for children and grands to use when they came to town for a visit recently. The water where I live is contaminated with a very high level of PFOS, one of the PFAS forever chemicals and our water company is constructing a new plant, to be completed sometime by 2029 just to be able to remove PFOS. Post departure of our younguns I now use both pitchers by Epic and it helps keep up with filtering cooking water, drinking water, and even the water I put out for the critters outside. The water tastes amazing and the EWG (Environmental Working Group) listed Epic Water pitcher as their favorite for value, ease of use, and effectiveness in removing PFOS as well as lead, iron, cadmium, and other contaminants.

Drink clean water, and feel great.
We love our water filter, and will never go back to other brands or tap water. It works well, tastes great, and the filter lasts a decent amount of time. I recommend buying the filters in bulk, as it's much more cost effective. It also hold a great amount, and doesn't leak at all.Helpful tip from experience: Let the water completely drain (filter) before pouring. I've made the mistake and started pouring with he top reservoir still full of water, and the top popped off from the water weight on top and it poured everywhere. A lesson in patience learned.Great product, and will stick with Epic as long as we can.

Good Product
My tap water tastes like crap & this water filter pitcher works great! After filtering, the water tastes crisp & clean. I usually add remineralization drops after I pour myself a glass from the pitcher. There is also a digital counter on the lid to tell you how many pitchers of water you have left before you need to replace the filter.. I like this pitcher because the filter lasts for quite a while compared to the other ones.. The ONLY thing I don't like is the lid. Darn thing doesn't stay on very well. However, I will still give it 5 stars.

Obnoxious instructions but solid product
The media could not be loaded. Update after a few months of usage... Added a pro & a con.Pros:- Filters out PFAS from your tap water (the main reason I bought it!!) ⭐✨- Has a better, more user-friendly design compared to my old Zero Water pitcher (which I bought for the same PFAS filtering purpose, but stopped using due to its terrible lid design & my inability to remove the filter).- The triangular shape of the filter makes it easier for my small hands to twist and remove it.- The clear upper chamber is a nice way to see how much water is left to be filtered down to the bottom.- While filtering, the upper chamber is enclosed to the point that you can start pouring water (coming out of the bottom chamber) without having unfiltered water spilling from the top chamber at the same time. Very nice design that Brita doesn't have.Cons:- (update) The tiny flap on the spout is getting stuck shut more and more often, which is extremely annoying & causes water to spill everywhere when you pour. I have to "flex" the flap almost every single time I pour water. This design flaw needs to be fixed!- It takes about 15 minutes to filter a load of water. But I guess that's the nature of the beast - it takes longer to work harder. Not a huge deal unless you're in a hurry.- The instruction booklet (which is only in English) is FULL of OBNOXIOUS, gimmicky wording that makes it hard to skim for important info. I had to reread certain parts because the weird wording threw me off! Imagine how much harder it would be for someone with dyslexia! Or even worse, for someone who's still learning English and using a translator app to translate the instructions! 😭💀 The marketing team needs to simplify and clarify the instructions, STAT.I've literally never been so angry at product instructions in my life. 😂😭 Even badly translated Chinese-to-English instructions don't upset me, lol.Anyway. That's my take so far. If I encounter any other issues, I'll edit this review!

Absolute Junk
This pitcher has multiple problems.1. The top does is not held in place securely. If you do not hold in on while you pour, it will come off and flood the area.2. The description headline calls this a 10 cup - 80 ounce - pitcher. In fact, if you add over 16 ounces, all of the water over that amount stays in the chamber above the filter. Unfiltered water to flows over the filter chamber and into your cup first. The filtered water remains in the bottom chamber.3 The least expensive filter sold sold by Epic is $15, but to get that price you need to buy multiples. If you expect to filter out fluoride, bacteria, virus, cyst, lead, chromium 6, PFOS, PFOA, heavy metals, OR pesticides be prepared to spend $54 for a single filter.4. The timer that tell you when to replace the filter is a simple countdown timer. It has nothing to do with the volume of water passed through the filter. This means that a household of one (mine) will get a replace filter warning just as soon as a household of four, or ten, or twenty. It makes no difference. This is complete garbage. Mine hit the recycling bin yesterday. The top came off and flooded my kitchen for the last time.

Really healthy water
I discovered that there was lead in the water line from street to my house. We acted fast. The data showed that the Epic Water Filters Pure Filter Pitchers for Drinking Water, 10 Cup 150 Gallon Filter, Tritan BPA Free worked really well at removing 99.99 percent contaminants. The price is quite reasonable. Water taste great. The filter hangs on for quite a while. The filter process is slower. But ok. What we do is fill the Epic and then after the water is filtered pour the filtered water into our old filter for use and keep filling the Epica as needed. Only minor problem is pouring sprout cover for filtered waterer can break. But still worse fine.
