I use this mop on a daily basis. For homes over 3000 sq ft. I just wish they come with 8 pads instead of 4. I ordered another one so now I have 8pads. So far so good. But it’s hard getting mop head to go into the wash side. I have the mop head position the correct way each time I use it. Don’t understand why this does this. I love how it separates dirty from clean. I have this a five star towards the departing dirty from clean water 3 stars for the mop going in and out of the clean water side. I can go be the mop pad a 10 star love the thickness of pads!! No this is not the reason why it’s hard getting mop in and out of wash side. I believe the plastic piece on the mop that makes the mop head rotate different directions the clear plastic piece need to be adjusted or removed for a tad smaller one. (The notch I call it)

I really do like this little bucket/mop set. Mine arrived, and the lid would not click on secure on one side. Three little posts on the bottom side of the lid were pressing up against a piece inside the bucket, which prevented it from pushing down all the way and clicking into place. I’ve included a photo of where you can sand down these three little stems and then the lid will have the space to click on. You really need the lid to fit securely and stay in place when you push them up in and out to clean it.I like the microfiber pads. A little cumbersome to get on and off, but totally doable. It’s lightweight to carry around. I was amazed at the dirty water coming out after I mopped my house! I do wish it had a control for how wet the mop would be when you rinse it off. Also, the plug is a little cumbersome to get in and out when you drain the dirty water out. I think I will use this set often. The pads work great dry and wet.

I really like how the mop cleaned my hardwood floors and the quality of the 4 pads that are provided. It’s very easy to maneuver. I had some trouble understanding the directions but figured out what to do which I will explain below:Assemble the mop head: flip up the 3 plastic flaps at each end of the mop head and insert them into the 3 pockets at each end of the microfiber mop pad. The pad adheres to the mop head really well because of something like Velcro.Assemble the handle: screw the 4 parts together and attach the handle to the mop head.Fill compartment #1 with water up to the fill line marked on the inside wall of the compartment. Turn button #2 and hold it for 4-5 seconds to let clean water flow into middle compartment #3. Put the mop head straight down into opening #3 to get it wet and pull it out while pressing the mop head against the compartment wall to release as much water as possible.To clean the mop head after mopping, push the mop all of the way down into opening #3, pull it out halfway, and push it down and up 3 times while pressing it against the compartment wall to release as much of the water as possible. If the mop head is still dirty, flip it over and repeat this. The dirty water will flow into compartment #4.Check the water level in compartment #1 before mopping again. If it has gone down halfway, add water to the fill line, turn knob #2 and hold it for 2-3 seconds to add water to compartment #3.When finished, pour out the dirty water from compartment #4.Happy mopping!

It looks like it does the job but it doesn’t. When I put the mop in and try to take it out the top of the bucket comes off. It does not separate the clean water from the dirty water. Waste of time!

I got a different brand about 3 years ago. I loved it. The only reason I had to get a new one was because the mop handle was broken my someone in my family. I had someone screw it back together, it lasted a year and I replaced the handle 2 more times, the last one snapped a week ago. I use it every day.The bucket was still good so I don't know why I bought a new brand. I will be returning and going with what works. I tried to put the lid on and so did 2 other people. It won't snap.

I honestly read some of the reviews. People don't read directions at all. Clip the mop head on as instructed. That's all. Again read the directions. And also reviews on directions saying they were to hard. I figure they didn't go past elementary grades. It also cleans the dirty water off perfectly. Buying more for my kids.

I was excited to try this product. Unfortunately, it does not work well. Water does not squeeze fully from the mop head, which leaves the pad too wet for laminate flooring. Water does not flow well into the dirty chamber. I ended up removing the pad from the mop and squeezing it out into the dirty chamber then putting it back onto the mop. Not very convenient.
