Bought this to use in my garage in a home gym setup. It's very sturdy and easy to assemble - took me around 3 minutes. It's quite low to the ground, I'm 6 foot 2 (185cm) and it's quite a bit lower than the benches I'm used to at normal gyms but that's not really proved to be an issue. I'm a big guy at around 120kg and it seems to handle my weight perfectly fine and I don't feel unsafe using it. The only exercise that I'm slightly cautious about is tricep dips as the bench section is secured with 3 bolts along the centre meaning putting all my weight on the side doesn't feel super solid. I solved this by placing my hands at the bottom of the bench instead of the sides. All things considered I would definitely recommend this product.

The frame of the bench is good and no nonsense. But the padded bench part secures to the spine of the frame with 3 bolts in series, but this does not give the bench much lateral strength, so anyone bigger than average should be advised to keep their weight (stress) centered on the bench so as not to break or weaken the bench.

This is the perfect bench very strong and well made . If you want rubbish look for a cheap one. This is worth every penny!!!
