The vet told us that one of our cats needed hydration. We have 2 cats And there are 3 bowls in Our home, We change them twice a day. That was supposed to provide mtr hydration, but neither of our cats would eat it.My sister in law fosters several cats. She swears by this fountain, we love it and the girls do too. Highlander has a very big head and her whiskers are very long, so she avoided the water bowls, But this fountain solves that problem Easily. Penny or other cat seems to drink more too the fountain is so well made and So easy to put together and clean. I love the bubbling noise it's very quiet but it's it's kind of nice. They both drink a lot more water and And I can see why And I can see why because everyone would like fresh moving water instead of old.boring bowl water.that only Got changed twice a day It comes with everything you need and there are very clear instructions For cleaning it and putting it back together. I had to call Relaty About an issue with the filter the young lady that I spoke.to ( Emily) Responded to my email right away she got the whole problem straightened outRight away. Professional Efficient And so very nice. I can't recommend this enough. It's a great value for the money And it has made a big difference in our young ladies' We don't know how we did without itAnd I'm sure that anyone who buys it will be very happy with ittersUmp

This fountain is very easy to clean, which is exactly what I was looking for when switching to stainless steel from my plastic fountain. It’s very quiet, holds a lot of water, and my cats both love the running water. The only hiccup was the pump stopped working a couple days ago after 10 months, but it was luckily still within the 18 month warranty. After emailing customer support, they got back to me after just a few hours! I spoke with Emily, and after confirming that cleaning it as shown in their video didn’t solve the problem (though it does solve it most of the time, just not in my case), she got right to sending me a new pump (free of charge of course). It will be arriving within the next week. She also let me know that this new pump will have a new 2 year warranty! All in all, this fountain was very worth the money and the customer support was surprisingly quick and very helpful!

A simple design that works very nicely to clean and refill! I previously used a plastic Catmate water fountain but it would get dirty really quick and the filters were never long-lasting. This so far seems to be thought out better and has an easy cleaning process for both the filter and fountain itself. It can be a bit louder than anticipated but nothing too annoyingly loud which works for my cat to drink from!

I ordered two fountains and one has already had its motor die after barely two months. I reached out to the company today for the 18 month pump warranty and I'm waiting to hear back on the new pumps delivery date. Will update when company reaches out. Otherwise it's been a great fountain, quiet, easy to clean and put together.Update: Company responded right away with a tracking number for new pump am assured me any further issues they'd be happy to help! New pump arrived and works great!

This metal water fountain somehow managed to get my cats to drink more?! The nose level is very low with a small humming noise, and it is very easy to clean to keep good quality water for my fur babies! It holds a surprising amount of water and you can easily refill it. My cats also haven’t but through the cord either, so that’s a win from me!

I used to have a plastic water fountain, but it was so hard to keep clean so I started looking for a stainless steel fountain. This one is a breeze to clean.At first my cats were a bit nervous (not sure why since I just replaced a different fountain), but after about 3 days of jumping and being "low-butt" because of it l, they love it!My cats love the way the water comes out of the spouts, it's like having the faucet on!I love that it's so easy to maintain. The entire thing (besides the filter and pump) is stainless steel. There are only 3 parts to the whole thing. The bowl, the lid, the spout.The filters, there are 2, are easy to clean and change. One is really just there to keep the hair, and whatever else the cats deem necessary to drop in it, out of the pump. The other one filters the water.One of the great things for me is the kitties can't get to the filter! Not sure if anyone else has the issue of cats running off with filters, but mine do.It's also very quiet!

Pretty easy to clean until you get into the nooks and crannies around the motor. They do send a little tiny brush you can use but its just on a thin wire so it gets hard to control/hold. Otherwise it works perfectly! I have it running all day and all night and the only time I notice water flow start to slow down it when the bowl needs to be cleaned. It's small enough to fit just about anywhere and it is very quiet. 9/10 recommend!
