Overall decent and tasty sugar....however, at this price point and size it definitely could use more actual lemon flavor. It has a hint but for what I needed for it was not nearly enough "lemon" flavor. If the company bumped this recipe up with more lemon it would be a great sugar and worth the price.

I’m very disappointed. I purchased this product based on the description and customer reviews I thought the sugar would actually taste like strawberries. Instead it had that bitter aftertaste like the bitter taste from the red jelly beans. I needed it for a cake that I was making and was unable to use it because the sugar would ruin my cake for the customer. I’m still looking to buy a decorating sugar that both smells and tastes like strawberries like I had at Dave&Buster’s.

I was looking for a comparable replacement for Mccormick salted caramel finishing sugar. Not the same but it's good
