Hi Newbie, yes, we use Longvida Curcumin (500mg per capsule). This form of delivery ensures that the curcumin stays in the 'free' form, significantly increasing the half life (so is retained in the body for longer) and is able to cross the blood brain barrier. Best wishes Dr Nina Bailey

How much actual curcumin is on each of the capsules?

Dear James, Each of our capsules provides 500mg Longvida Curcumin (delivering around 115mg free-form curcumin). The patented Longvida delivery system creates a unique coating that acts to solubilise curcumin while also surrounding and protecting it from enzyme degradation.
