Great item! Great value for the price!
For the price I paid (3.99) the quality is amazing! The hat is really well made. Nice deep black colour. All 3 sides are attached with velcro not with metal snaps but they do the job very well and hold everything in place firmly. The hat is stiff but not too stiff so you can comfortably wear a thick wig or bandana underneath. Great item!
