I lost the original remote that came with my 55" ONN Roku TV (the one Walmart sells) and was dreading having to pay $20–$30 at the store for another one. Found this 2-pack for basically the same price as one and figured I’d give it a shot. These work FLAWLESSLY. Paired with my TV in literally 3 seconds – no codes, no setup, nothing. Just put in the batteries (not included), pointed it at the TV, and it worked instantly. Controls everything: power, volume, mute, home, navigation, Netflix/Disney+/Hulu/YouTube buttons – all the shortcut keys work perfectly on my ONN, and my buddy tested the second one on his TCL Series 6 and it worked right out of the box too. Build quality is honestly better than the factory remote. Buttons have a nice clicky feel, not mushy at all, and the range is excellent – I can change channels from the kitchen now. Already tossed the old crusty original in a drawer as backup. For under $15 for TWO remotes that work this well? Absolute no-brainer. One stays on the coffee table, the other is now in the bedroom for when we watch TV in there. If you have any Roku TV (TCL, Hisense, ONN, etc.), just buy these. Zero regrets. Highly recommend – saved me time and money!

I was skeptical of this product as replacement. The cost was worth a shot. I only needed one but I’ll just keep other as backup since my kids always lose the remote. It works just like the OEM. I can even program it with my Amazon fire cube/firestick compatible with no issues and works like it’s suppose to. No complaints. Voice control works like original. There is no input lag with all my devices. There was no setup required.

Great experience with these remotes. We had a Samsung my youngest son was using for his gaming and couldn’t find the remote. It was easy to buy these for a great price, get them the next day and have them work automatically as soon as the batteries were in. Highly recommend!

I bought this remote because of advice from a YouTube video. After I bought a new Samsung TV, I watched videos on how to use it and its capabilities. The host recommended this remote control because it is easier to understand and larger than the original. He’s right! In my pictures, I put this remote between my Dish remote and the TVs original. This shows the relative size difference. I’ve only had the remote for about 30 hours and the TV for about 60 hours. I’ve already given up on the original “smart”, solar powered, too small for my hand, original Samsung remote. That’s only a microphone for me to use for the TVs voice control or search engine that I’ll probably never use. If you have, or if you’re looking to buy a less than 4 year old Samsung smart TV, I recommend you get this remote too. No programming needed, just insert two AAA batteries and it’s ready. Edit, 13 months later: I’m needing to replace this remote because my now 7 month old puppy has finally destroyed it. She has also destroyed the original remote, so I’ve ordered two more of these. It’d be a good idea, because of the low price, to get two of these and keep one in a safe place your dog won’t find. Especially if you have a puppy. This remote did work fine until she got her teeth into the buttons. She had already scratched it, but it was still working. I just received the new remotes and they both work perfectly for me. I put one back into the bubble wrap and I’m going to hide it from her. It’s just an insurance thing so I’m never without a remote for this tv again. If or when she destroys the one I use, I’ll use the other and buy another insurance policy one. I use about seven different remotes for my different devices. Some are too outdated to replace with new ones. Those remotes stay hidden. I don’t like the idea of one remote control for everything or more than one device. I like to use each device’s original remote. That’s until I bought my Samsung tv last year. I couldn’t stand the original solar powered remote it came with. I only used it when I had to. I might be old fashioned but I don’t like voice control for searching. I don’t miss that at all. Buy this remote control for your 2019-2024 Samsung tv. It’s practically identical to the ones offered before the solar powered one came along. Great price for a good remote. I only wish it was built with stronger materials and was more puppy proof. Edit 2: Just 2 days after getting the new ones, she chewed buttons out of the one I was using. I can’t find it and now I’m going to have to use the insurance one and buy more insurance. It’s not the remote’s fault that my new puppy likes the taste of this thing and has new sharp teeth. I bought two of them again today so I don’t lose advantage of the current 34% discounted price. I’m more worried about my dog chewing on the batteries than having to buy another replacement. The first time I bought this, I had a dog that was 13 years old with no teeth. It never occurred to me that my next dog would be destroying my tv remote control. This is even more evidence of the necessity to get more than one of these remotes if you have a new dog or a puppy that doesn’t know any better. I’m just praying that she didn’t get into the batteries of the one I can’t find.

Works as expected. The only downside is if you aren’t pointing it directly at tv, at the right angle, then it doesn’t work. Old remote didn’t require this technique

Works great event though our TV says its not compatible. So it controls the TV and does what we ask but then our TV says this remote is not compatible... so we know its our TV not the remote. High quality build and very ergo in the hand. Super easy to use.

The on/off button keeps sinking into the body of the remote. The other buttons don’t feel too good as well

I purchased this TV remote from Amazon for Rs. 2,000 on 3rd August 2023, and now I am extremely disappointed. The battery compartment is corroded and damaged, rendering the remote completely unusable even though it's only not even a year old. It’s clear that no proper quality check was done. I’ve attached a photo to show the extent of the damage. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am now seeking a refund or replacement. I would not recommend this product based on my experience
