No fault of the Seller, and they are a stand up company for offering an unsolicited refund.

The included Pico W board is of excellent quality. I tried the provided tutorials from the seller's GitHub page and all tutorials that required the board only worked perfectly. Connecting the board to my home network, as described in the tutorials, was easy and I was able to send and receive requests to the board. Overall really good product.
