Fab quality and extra long hose, easy to put together watching video and really strong hose and reel. Gadget to stop water flow when you want to change heads is very useful. Very happy and use most days to water my garden.

Assembly instructions are the best. Small diagrams on top of the box. Hose doesn’t coil up that easy either.Wall brackets are useful and feel fairly sturdy despite being plastic.All in all it is average value for money.

Not very sturdy! As a 70 year old woman I found this fiddly and felt I needed a third hand to put this item together. Also the actual hose itself felt very 'cheap'. It was very pliable and bendy and kinks developed all the time when in use, stopping the water flow. Disappointed. After all that, it is just a hose but I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone.

Easy to put together, instructions easy to follow, good quality, including connections, no leaks - as expected from Hozelock. Sturdy frame, does not tip over when being used. Easy to rewind.

Parts to properly pre-drilled. Poor quality - look cheap. Avoid if you can.

The price is goodBut the product needs.assembling. this is not easy as the instructions are minimal and the parts are not numbered.If you are not good at building things you could struggle a bit.I ended up watching youtube videos by independent shops that explain how to build.The item is made with plastic and mild steel so it's built cheap. I don't expect it to last long if kept outside so I am going to store it indoors.The plastic parts did not fit together properly but it still works.So for the money it's ok but don't expect too much
