Is it made in small batches

As a user of this coffee I would say yes as the consistency in the roasting, the color taste and smell etc could not be kept so consistent in larger batches, i highly recommend this coffe since i started to use it my coffee bill has dropped as coffee shop coffee doesn't cut it anymore.

Is this coffee organic

The packaging does not show it organic, so unlikely.

Are these in a transparent package? As your supposed to avoid light getting to your beans because they go off quicker.

Yes the packaging is see-through in some sections. I reseal the bag and put it into a cupboard. I typically go through a couple of bags a month so they never sit for long.

Can you use this in a cafetier?

Yes, just do a larger grind than you would for drip coffee.
