How do you get it to work. Sat it on a sunny window and it isnt moving

Hi, Make sure you have slotted every thing in properly. does it move freely from side to side when you tap it with your finger. If so it should work in the sunshine. It does take a while to gather some solar energy. We have ours in the car. It didn't work at first but we kept moving it around on dash board till we could get it on a flatish surface. Now works but not continuously but guess this is because dash board is curved. Should work better on a flat windowsill. If it doesn't start working after a few hours in the sunlight you might need to send it back.
