Bakers Couche - Linen Proofing Cloth For Baguettes and Breads

Only used it once so far to make really wet ciabattas. Obviously didn't flour it well enough as it stuck very slightly. Confident it will be better 2nd time around.

Perfect for the home bread baker! So much easier to baguettes when they don't stick to the cloth, good size, nice and thick and soft dough doesn't stick to it, great stuff :)

This couche is ideal, much larger than usual and very resistant. Would recomend to any home or professional baker!!

this is huge I ended up cutting into pieces as unmanageable
