The case is exactly as we expected. We've had otterbox cases in the past and they are always perfect fitting and durable. When my son did have an otterbox case for his iPhone break last year, the company had a fast and easy process for replacement according to the lifetime guarantee they give on all their cases. He simply emailed them a picture of the damage and in a few days they mailed him a replacement.
