Love this Powerful Potent natural plant-based vitamin for better quality of life. I got this for my 82 year old mother who has congestive heart failure and takes a pharma water pill called Bumex which is strong and damaging that turns her into a vegetable. The plant combo in this small powerful vitamin provides better life quality and releases the excess water and seems to give her more energy. I give her 2 pills once a day as it is safe and needed, I started with one pill per day first to monitor results. I ordered 2 more bottles and realized I could get a free bottle so now I will have 3 on hand. Will continue to monitor for long term. There is a place for Western Medicine but if I can give my Mom a better quality of life with this vitamin vs pharma which destroys everything in your body and you become debilitated, I will find alternatives. Please do your research as my research found this vitamin which has a lot more effective quality ingredients vs others on the market. Please note I also give her other vitamin supplements daily such as magnesium, iron, vitamin D3, B Complex, and B1 for balanced nutrition and this wonder fits in perfectly with the daily regimine.

This product is definitely worth the cost and very affordable at that. It is made of all natural ingredients to assist with that extra water and bloating. Very effective safely at helping to reduce water retained outside the cells and safe for the kidneys in support as well. Anyone needing a water pill to help with fluid retention while staying safe and healthy this is an amazing product to help you!

I am on my second bottle. They give me motivation to drink more water during the day because I feel that the more water you drink the better results. They don't have a strange taste or odor to them, which I love. I wasn't sure that they were working until I ran out and a week or so later I felt like I had excess water weight. What I don't know is if you are supposed to take them constantly/daily or just as needed! Will keep ordering.

Works okay not as well as suspected.

I highly recommend the water out. I’ve been taking it now for a few weeks and it works wonders no more belly bloat feel awesome. I highly recommend you purchase this product. I love it when a product works as intended.Which is why I don't love the way Water Out, works.Because it doesn't.Not for me anyway.Typical OTC diuretics are caffeine, pure and simple. And while not particularly effective (speeding up your metabolism = moving water out faster is the logic) they are only marginally effective.These however, still leave my ankles puffy... My legs with water in them - whereas the caffeine based alternative (I'm looking at you, Diurex) reduced this somewhat.They let you take 2 per day of the Water Out pills... But even that was not effective.Your mileage may vary - but those were my results and this review is my impression of those results (or lack thereof)

This product really works. I recommend you not take it at night cause waking up to pee is annoying. Take one in the morning and another one in the afternoon if needed. Stay hydrated when taking this please drink water with some electrolytes with it. I am sharing a bottle with my husband so I have to order more. My body type retains a lot of water so I need to take just one a day.
