Beautiful flavour for both kebabs, sauces and stews
I am going through this large jar once every couple of months now - it's lovely! Nice heat, without being hot. Adds a vibrant colour and rich taste to anything I put it in - it's for way more than as a turkish kebab base marinade!

Fantastic product, and not just for Turkish cooking!
I'd never even heard of this stuff until I read a Rick Stein cookbook, and wanted to make one of the recipes that required it. This is a good, big jar packed full of good quality pepper paste, and the price is pretty reasonable compared to other suppliers. The paste is tangy, slightly sweet, and mildly spicy. It worked perfectly in the cabbage and minced-lamb Kapuska I made, but since then I've used it in other recipes (bolognese, chilli con carne, lamb kleftiko, curries) in place of tomato paste, and it's just wonderful; it adds another level of subtle flavour and character that simple tomato paste won't. It's fast becoming an essential in my cooking, and I'll be buying more when I run out (which will be very soon!!). Highly recommended!

Paprikamark statt Tomatenmark
Einfach mal versuchen, so gut zu verwenden in Rezepte wo man normal Tomatenmark verwendet. Dieser Paprikamark ist do vielfältig einzusetzen. Wir lieben es
