Bowron Lambskin babycare Rug - Short Wool

Bought 3 in total, they're so soft and lovely and cozy 1 for my baby then 2 to be given as gifts.The company thought my order for 2 was a mistake and canceled one of them, when they contacted me and discovered the order for 2 had been right they were very helpful and friendly, ordered me another with no p&p fee which came a couple days after the first. Good company & good product.

My own children always slept on sheepskin when they were babies. That was back in the days before disposable nappies and the great thing about sheepskin is that leaks from the cloth nappies didn't get absorbed but could be blotted off (and the sheepskin aired). I rarely needed to wash it.I bought this one for my new granddaughter: she slept on it but what she really liked was to have it in her pushchair where it was comfortable and warm. Her mum also uses it as a changing mat when they are out. This one (unlike mine years ago) is also machine washable.

Bought this for my new baby grandson. Feels lovely and advantage is it can be washed ( not done that yet though ).Baby looks very comfortable and relaxed on it so much so his 3 year old elder brother wants one too!So far so good - seems to be an excellent purchase and ideal to place baby on as a change to a changing mat or rug.

We bought this for our baby and it has been brilliant. He rubs his face and hands on it and you can see him being soothed and comforted by it. We take it on holiday and it has been so useful - to pop him on it when we need to do things and he’s happy to snuggle into it and lay there (he is still young but it seems to calm him down).

This arrived sooner than expected and is gorgeous. We have had it in a bassinet all winter which has given us extra peace of mind that baby is cosy. It is lovely quality, soft and washed well following the instructions.

I expected it to be white or even offwhite but to my surprise is was orange/yellow when I unpacked it. The reviews were so good and it seems nobody else has experienced this. I have returned it because it was a gift for someone expecting a baby. So very disappointed and don‘t dare to order another one in case I get another one this colour. Photos show it to be white. I hope it won’t be send out again to another new mum.

Lovely little rug , my dachshund loves it

My 4 month old sleeps on this in his cot and it is comfy and snuggly. At first the wool was perhaps a little 'tougher' than I'd expected (I didn't buy a long wool one as I didn't want him getting mouthfuls of it!) but it is now softening nicely and provides a nice comforting base for him rather than the bare cot mattress. It's certainly good quality and value for money.
