Good So Far (See Update)
UPDATE 14th October 2019I have been using this daily for about a week and find it far more comfortable than the more expensive one I mention in my review.I have therefore purchased another identical one as a spare.I purchased this, as it was £5 less expensive than a similar product that I got via Amazon a short while ago. This knee support arrived promptly, adequately packaged with clear instructions, it appears to be very well designed and manufacturedAfter careful measurement I ordered a medium size as my leg measurement 4 inches above my thigh was just over 16 inches. As with my other knee support, Initially it felt too tight, especially on my upper leg and I thought I should have got the next size up, but as I got more used to wearing it it felt more comfortable.I wore it for eight hours before going to bed and think it really helped my arthritic right knee and hope I can get used to the slight discomfort due to tightness.I have it on now and it feels OK, but still a bit tight.I will wear it every day for the next week or so before coming back and updating this review.

Very comfy
Very easy to use and very comfy. Doesn’t ride up or down. Had to order 2 as the small was too tight. Gives just enough support to stop you bending your knee. The suggested measurements are from 4 inch above the knee, not from the centre of the knee.

Great product!
I had a serious tear of the meniscus knee cartilage many years ago, but am still a competitive runner taking part in club races, mainly between 5 miles and 10k. A few years ago, I retired from lecturing and became a part time postman. I experienced some discomfort in my knee, and tried a physix gear knee support. This worked perfectly, and despite sometimes running 3-4 times a week and doing lots of overtime as a postman during the covid pandemic, the knee feels fine - just like the uninjured one in fact. I decided to buy two more, as I like to hand wash them fairly frequently. The oldest one still works fine, so the product also passes the durability test with flying colours. Recently one of my grandsons was selected for three cricket teams. I wanted to practise in the nets with him, especially bowling, but was concerned about how my knee would cope. Well, that worked out fine as well! To conclude, a great product that does exactly what it is designed for, and lasts well thus representing good value for money.

Nice comfy knee support.
I have a tear in my Meniscus. Some 3 year since it started I thought it was settled, swollen but little pain. Recently it became very painful again. I like to walk a fair distance but that became impossible. I started ice packing my knee every 4 hrs . I realise the knee support I had was useless, not wanting a brace I found this product. It doesn’t cure it nothing can ,what it does is support my knee now it’s on the mend again. It’s comfortable .nice long length well above to knee, nice and light. I did have to remove the size label as it was irritating but that minor .So pleased with my purchase, I intend to wear this for support when I go walking , instead of waiting for a problem to start .Its a great product ,nicely made. For a change nobody has been on my case for a review.

I needed better support
This does not give me as much support as I need, that's all dependant on each individual, it just didn't work for me, I had to purchase another one which works better and gives me better support.

Five stars - it got me through two high intensity classes
Good knee support. I tested it out yesterday with an hour Bootcamp class followed by a 40 minute tag rugby match and it held up pretty well.My knee only start to twinge at the end of the tag match and the brace itself only slipped down a bit once during a certain exercise in the Bootcamp class. It's very discrete, I wore it over my leggings and very few noticed I was even wearing it.When you put it on first it doesn't feel like it support but it definitely got me through an active evening and perhaps the only reason it slipped down was because it was over my leggings so five stars for supporting me through two high intensity activities. It's a nice brace and true to sizing, would definitely recommend.

I can wear it and it gives good support, but I wouldn't want to wear it ...
I really wish that sellers would show the sizing a little more prominently. I completely missed the the fact that there are different sizes and I now have a medium when I think I really need a large. It is very tight. Too tight, I can wear it and it gives good support, but I wouldn't want to wear it for a long time. I am sure it will stop the circulation in the leg.Like most of these products that I have tried it rolls down and forms a tight band around the muscle. The actual fabric is not very durable and I heard the sound of a tear the first time I used it.It is my fault that I got the wrong size, I should have taken more care when ordering, but I am not very impressed with the thing in general. Might buy again and get a better size and hope that it works better when not quite so tight.

Great product
I’ve used the knee support now for 2 weeks and it genuinely gives you a great deal of support. The compression gives you a lot more confidence
