The media could not be loaded. I recently bought two of these serums. The product itself is amazing. It feels really cool and light on the skin. But one of the serums I received was clearly used. The brand seal tape on the box was ripped off, the cap was broken and all scratched up and it had dust collected at the end edge of the tube and it weighed 29 grams less than the other serum. 29 grams less in a 50 ml tube.
