Simple and effective
This screen mesh is great! The reviews are mixed so I decided to wait until it had been up for 3 days to write a review. We had high winds one day and a heavy storm the next and no issues. I do feel the instruction pamphlet left out an important step, which is on the back of the box. When working with 3M adhesive it is crucial that it has time to cure. The box stated 2 hours however I waited until the next day. By then the adhesive was bonded to the frame. The mesh is a little stretchy so it did take some adjusting to get a smooth flat finnish. Patience! If you put this up in 10 minutes then yeah, it's probably not going to work. Overall, I think it's a great product.

Great for Short-Term Use, But Not for Long-Term Durability
I purchased the Flyzzz DIY Self-Adhesive Window Screen Netting Mesh Curtain to keep insects out during the warmer months, and I have to say, it worked really well at first. The screen was easy to install, and the self-adhesive hook and tape made it a simple DIY project. It fit perfectly on my window, and it was great at keeping bugs away while still letting in fresh air. The black mesh is discreet and doesn’t obstruct my view too much, which I appreciated. For the price, it’s a solid option for a temporary solution. I was really happy with it for the first few months—it stayed in place, didn’t sag, and did its job. However, after about 6 months, the adhesive started to lose its grip. The screen began to fall off the window, and I found myself needing to reattach it several times. It’s clear that the adhesive isn’t meant for long-term use, especially if the window gets a lot of direct sunlight or changes in temperature. While it worked great for the summer, I wouldn’t rely on this screen for long-term use. If you need something quick and inexpensive for a short period, this is a good choice. But for something more durable or long-lasting, you might want to look for a sturdier option.

Great Product for the Money!
I needed a quick "screen" for my front door when the weather suddenly turned warm and ordered this very dubiously since the price was so low. But it works! The tape was easy to install and since I live in a damp area and it's also more humid in Summer I expected that it would not hold long. But, it did and it does! Three months later it's still holding strong and works excellently and if I wasn't right next to it I would not know it is a "net" of sorts, not a metal screen. I got the black and it looks and works great. It took a few tries to pull the net tight, but it stays perfectly when you get it!

Glue is not strong so be prepared with another adhesive
I needed to repair some small window screens and the DIY gear would be fairly expensive just for the 2 small screens. I read reviews & this seemed inexpensive enough to at least give them a try. The thickest material is rather flimsy and while I cleaned the aluminum frames exceptionally well the provided adhesive just wouldn't suffice. I taped it off & used spray adhesive to get a more firm hold & then trimmed away any excess. Its been a few months & while these windows won't get much use it at least looks better than the torn & tired screens before this repair.

Works well
I wish I tried something like this sooner. In our former home there were no screens & we used the adjustable screen type in a wood/plastic frame in our sash windows. It was ok but left small gaps that mosquitoes would still find their way in. Also we were 3 floors up and if these fell down, which they did from time to time, they’d get bent or broken. This product is essentially a piece of tulle fabric (netting) that you will cut generously for the window. Really clean all debris from the frame where you’ll attach the 3M Velcro loop tape. Measure twice & cut once! After doing the Velcro on all 4 sides, measure the fabric and over compensate so you have enough coverage and trim the excess. I did our bathroom window alone in less than 30 min. I wish I had done this at our previous home. Easy & not ugly looking.Situations where you should be careful are high up windows where small children or pets can fall out of. Duh. Use common sense and precautions to avoid this. Overall though I should’ve used this method years ago at our old house. The bugs would terrorize my son and he’d get bad allergic reactions. Also, this looks rather seamless vs the adjustable screens and yes you can install from the interior in case you are high up. For a cheaper solution I would buy tulle fabric from the fabric store & strong 3M Velcro tape (loop side). That’s all that this kit really is.

Waste of money
This was a piece of junk. Easy to put up but it separated from the Velcro easily. I pinch it back on. Moments later the screen is falling again. I wish I could give it no stars.

Perfect!
Super easy install, works great, and you can hardly see it!The only thing was that the adhesive did come off in parts, so I just stuck it back on. Still giving it five stars though, because I installed it to the outside of the window, and it only came off after freezing and unfreezing in a few snow storms. Now that the snow is (hopefully) over for the season, I doubt it will come back off.100% worth the $8!
