TOPBUXUS HEALTH-MIX - Stops and Prevents Box Blight - 200g for 100m2

We use this in combination with Topbuxus grow.It does work (I think) but it does take quite a long time.Used them in combination since last Spring and would say they that our Box Balls have only just started to look significantly better/greener as we reach then end of winter now.Hoping as the second year of use comes in it will continue to improve things.

Firstly, there are many reviews saying this did not work for their both moth/caterpillar infestation.No, it wouldn't, because this is the HEALTH MIX designed to help with box blight.For caterpillar and moth problems, you need the XENTARI treatment by TopBuxus.Secondly, there is no cure for box blight, infected plants will always harbour the fungus, but you can get on top of it and treat it with this health mix.It is rather expensive if you have lots of boxwood to treat, but I would say it is worth it.The best thing you can do for your boxwood is to prune it out at the centre to thin the branches. Letting air and light into the middle of the shrub allows it to dry quicker, as wetness creates an ideal environment for fungus to flourish. It also promotes healthy growth to bare branches by letting sunlight into the bush.Sweep up all the infected fallen leaves and clear them out from the middle of the plant. Preferably burn them, or double bag and dispose of in your regular waste (NOT garden waste or compost bin, as the spores remain active for many years and still have the potential to infect other shrubs).Never water boxwood from overhead, as wetting the foliage unnecessarily promotes fungal growth.Cut out infected branches.Sterilise cutting shears and clippers between every cut and especially when using on more than one plant.Again, boxwood moth and caterpillar is a totally different problem to box blight. This product will do NOTHING for that, don't expect it to!

I have used this now with the catapillur treatment and can highly recommend them I know it's expensive bot if you want your box bushes in tip top condition it's a no brainer would recommend using them together

Bit late in the season, but used before and ready for next year

This product works. We had those awful caterpillars about three years ago. Together with xentari we brought our hedges back to life. We spray monthly due to the size of our garden and have a glorious hedge.100% recommend.
