Does it work on the marcato ampia?

I only have the Marcato Atlas 159 and it fits that perfectly. The Ampia seems to not have the attachment lugs. I remove the spaghetti/tagliatelle roller attachment from my Atlas 150 to be able to attach the ravioli maker. If you do not have this facility I doubt whether you will be able to use the Ravioli maker.

Do you know when the Ravioli accessory will be available?

Can someone briefly describe how this works please?

1) Roll your pasta2) Place a sheet on both sides between the metal roller and plastic filling holder3) Bring pasta together and feed through the plastic ravioli template until pasta seals to create the bottom of your first parcel4) Add your filling and begin rollingTips: Don't get too ambitious with your quantity of filling and egg wash the inside of the pasta sheets to help seal the filling inside.I had a play with mine today and it was far from as smooth as my instructions suggest!

Can this be used with the Mercato machine with motor? Thanks.

The motor has to be removed before using the ravioli attachment
