But I had a lead luckily upstairs and decided to try it. Wow! The difference between this and the cheaper circulators is like night and day. Got my big stock pot, clipped the sansaire on it, filled with hot water from the tap to the minimum, twisted the top for my target 63c. The water registered at 52. Literally 5 minutes later it was 63 😅. Put chicken strips with lemon and herbs in a vac pack , put them in and just left them . I have a smart meter and it hardly registered use (thought it would take a mountain of electric.). The best chicken I have ever tasted.
