Low energy but not as bright at 20Watts halogen.
I like the low wattage of the bulb and it doesn’t gets hot, I used it to replaced the original 20 watts halogen spot light bulb which is more intense at narrower angle, this doesn’t quite replace 20watts bulb, I would say about 30% less bright than 20 watts halogen. So if you need an equivalent brightness bulb i.e for working or reading you’ll probably have to go for higher watts. The customer service did get in touch and offered refund, which I didn’t expect so credit the them.

Reliable.
I had bought some from the shops - they always gave this weird buzzing sound whenever turned on. These however never gave me a problem. I was going to buy more but they are out of stock now :(

Good LED replacement bulb
I bought these as a replacement for General Electric 20W GU5.3 Halogen MR16 Non-dimmable (36degree beam angle) 450cd 12V. They are almost exactly the same light (slightly brighter) and good warm light.
