This volume is just as great as the first volume. It combines volume 3 and 4 into one book making it thicker. In my opinion I just love all the death note black edition books as they have a mature and unique look to them. The pages on the outside are also black making the whole book look fully black.The delivery time was also amazing, came a day earlier than predicted! The packaging was neat and protected the book well. The book came with no scratches or tears, which is definitely positive.I would recommend the death note black edition series to anyone. The design is better and the pages are of better quality!

Bought this for my son. He had been speaking to his friends about this at school and asked if he could have the books. When this arrived, the cover is black and the edge of the pages are black also. Looks seriously cool. The story is good and quite an interesting idea really as it shows what good/bad could be done if someone actually had this kind of power with a death note. The illustrations are absolutely fantastic and the book kept my son absolutely enthralled until he had read the entire series!

Death Note is an amazing Series. I've seen the Anime twice. And started reading the Mange. I can highly recommend it. It is a mind battle and puzzle between two young people. Very smart people. It makes me think, and remember the story, and question how they make their conclutions. It's a good mind exercise and I love the story.

The quality of this edition is superb. The look is stylish and even after several reads the book remains like new (I had to clean some signs of fingerprints, though, on the front and back covers). There is no point in commenting the content - it is clear that it is good :).
