Denman D25 Fantail Comb

Best comb for thick curly hair. I already had one of these combs and decided on getting a spare for just in case & another as a gift. This is great for my son's fine curly hair and my thick, coarse, curly hair. Leaves a natural curl>not too fine a 'comb'. Different finish achieved according to which (teeth facing out or in) side is used. The fantail is useful for partitioning for henna'ing/dyeing/treatments. I swear by this comb, 5*. This is an excellent comb, not scratchy on the scalp and good for my curly hair. I already had one (in black) and wanted an extra one so I could leave one permanently in the bathroom and have another in my handbag. Having tried a cheap alternative which I used a couple of times then threw out, I came back to Denman. Be aware though that the colour isn't black as shown in the image but a pale, washy grey, hence 1 star deducted. This new one is going in my handbag out of sight, and the black one is staying in the bathroom!

Can't do without this. It is the perfect sectioning comb, far better than a slim tail comb, when using on damp hair. An excellent piece of kit. I am, by the way, a professional makeup artist and hair stylist.

Vraiment bien, pas très cher et super pratique. Il définit bien les boucles ! En plus le bout est pratique pour sectionner les cheveux pour faciliter le coiffage.

This comb is very gentle on my hair. Not much gets snagged in it. I have thick, 4a/4b hair, and I hardly ever feel any pulling when I use this comb, even when my hair is wet. And the tail is great for creating parts. This comb seems as though it will last for many years, because the plastic is quite thick and sturdy. I'm happy with my purchase.
