I noted reviews pointing out problems actually printing this product but was lulled into a false sense of security by discovering a template for the KF20031 by Q-Connect. Sadly that was useless for MS Word so I thought I would share what worked for me. The product is an A4 perforated sheet comprising 18 rows, 5 columns plus a footer of 1 column; dimensions are: Rows Top row 1.5 cm 17 rows 1.4 cm Footer 4.4 cm Columns Colum 1 3.5 cm Columns 2-4 5.7 cm Column 5 5 cm Basically, I used sizes of columns 1 and 5 as left and right margins with row 1 and footer as top and bottom margins. I then created a table of 17 rows of 1.4 cm with 3 columns of 5.7 cm in a Word document. I attached the screen shot for margin creation to this review. I had to adjust footer size from 4.4 cm to 3.5 cm to accommodate the fact my printer doesn't print edge to edge. Hope this helps.

These perforated strips, when separated, are exactly like the slips that were originally in my tabs. Since I couldn't get them anywhere else, they serve the purpose. But I do agree with others that they are expensive for one piece of perforated card! There are 3 columns of 17 tabs ie 51 tabs in all. The only gripe I would have is the cost.

Each tear-out section slightly smaller than the standard, but still fits in very well. Happy with it as have been looking to buy these inserts on their own for a while now.
