8 Litre x 100 Paper Compostable Bags Kitchen Caddy Liners - Food Waste Bin Liners - EcoSack 8L Biodegradable Bags with Composting Guide

I've continually been put off composting by a) the smelly, mouldy caddy to clean or alternatively b) those rolls of biodegradable bags which invariably burst at the bottom as I try to remove them from the caddy, spilling half-rotted food and liquid all over the floor and my shoes - nice. Generally requiring a second carrier bag to get them to the bin outside, therefore reducing my eco-efforts...but I've persevered for years, cursing wildly every time I need to empty it out. Not any more! These bags are great - I am almost through the first set of 100 I bought last summer so the pack has lasted almost 1 year (for a family of 5). They stand up in my caddy so easy to chuck stuff in, and NOT ONE has burst or ripped, no matter how full they get before I take them out. If it's not full you can fold over the top of the bag too to keep food smells inside. Liquid matter stays inside - the only thing is that oils/grease do seep though the bag a bit (but only a bit) so that it does need to be kept inside a tub or caddy, but I've not found it an issue - I just carry the caddy out to the bin then take out the bag there. You can manage with the bag on its own too, though, it's just a wee bit greasy. The caddy gets a wee spray and wipe and we're good to go again. Highly recommend them - been really really pleased with then - one less thing to faff about day-to-day. Just off to buy my second batch now...

Good quality and the lowest price I could find but still a bit expensive. I don’t mind that they are slightly smaller than our county council food bins as they function fine. They last several days with veg and fruit peelings in and do not fall apart from moisture.Fast delivery.

These are very good caddy bags that I've enjoyed using for years. However, the printing of my address on the package by Amazon was faulty - the left hand side of the address label was not printed. As a result, only the last digit of my house number was printed and the first letter of my post code was missing. I'm very impressed that the delivery driver delivered the package to me as 10 other houses in our road also had a 5 as the last digit of their house number. Amazon failed to deliver to me a package that was scheduled for delivery 2 days ago. Perhaps the address label got printed badly for that, too?

As our council insists everything now has to be recycled in the correct bin - with no exceptions - I was struggling with loose shredded paper. These are ideal. A practical size for a bin full of shreddings, the bags are strong and don't disintegrate when they are rained on.

good value, a little taller than expected but easy to fold over to fit my caddy. Strong paper that holds when damp.

The bags I received do not have a flat bottom as is depicted in the picture. The bottom of a bag is a single seam. It makes for a very awkward bag to use by itself. This bag does not sit independently on a surface, nor does it fit inside a container well.
