Rubber Wonderbroom: Multi-Purpose Telescopic Broom with Squeegee

Having recently had new slabs laid, I purchased this to push outside to keep slabs clean, also use it to clean inside shower

I saw this advertised and to be honest I have always been pretty impressed with the Jml products I have purchased. I've heard great things about the rubber brooms and the different jobs they can be used for indoor and out. I ideally wanted this to clean up our decking and clean the conservatory.The broom Itself has an orange telescopic handle with a black rubber brush head. When the broom arrives you need to twist and pull the handle to make it longer and twist again to tighten it. It extends to 1.2m so is of an average size. You can twist to shorten it again if you have limited storage space. The wonderbroom can be used anywhere such as:CarpetsWooden and vinyl floorsTilesWindowsPathsVehiclesGrassThis can be used with or without detergent. The brush head is small so can easily fit it to tighter places. So far I have used this to clean my windows, sweep leaves and clean decking as it fits perfectly into the ridges. To clean the broom head you simply run under water or it does suggest putting the head in the dishwasher although I haven't done that yet. I don't have any pets although this broom does feature an electrostatic action which lifts dust, pet hair and lint.

I was debating on whether to give this item either two or three stars, but finally decided to go all in with four stars, especially as I can't give half stars.My reasoning is quite simply, the rubber broom head is actually really good. What lets it down (as many other people have mentioned), is the handle. The telescope handle is a novel idea and is probably excellent if being used as a squeegee, or for very light sweeping and brushing, especially by children or someone with quite low physical strength. Otherwise, the handle will buckle and snap extremely quickly.The main reason for the four stars instead of three, is that if a sturdier handle can be attached, I actually believe it would easily deserve the four, possibly even five... If I'm able to test this belief out, I will update my review.Good, but could be much better. 3.5 to 4 out of 5.

The rubber brush part is good it works really well, alas the cheap handle let's it down. Not durable enough and breaks too easily!

Sweeping leaves off grass

Head snapped off within 5 weeks. Common issue, had it before. Poor qualityNow onto 3rd one. Company refuses to acknowledge naff design. Wouldn't pass a Technology GCSE if this was the final product.Unfit for purpose. Trades descriptions should be involved.Additional: now up to 6 replacements, they last one or two rooms and that's it. The build quality is just a joke. Luckily any shop that stocks them happily replaces as it is "a common issue". Not been asked for a receipt yet lol using the broken ones as "how not to design" display at work. Thanks JML

I saw this on TV and have always been so pleased with JML. So as I need a new broom I thought I would give it a go, and how happy am I. Have only had it for a few days but does all I wanted it to do! Love the fact that's it rubber, great for the kitchen, carpet, outside, in fact every where. I can now clean behind my tv which I can't move and the vac cleaner is just too big to reach. It arrived very quickly and all you do is put one end into the other and obtain the right height for you. So easy to clean, just twist the brush off, clean and put back. Very easy for storing just twist and let it down. Many thanks

Brush over your carpet and hard floors before you vacuum to grab all the hairs you and your pet drop. It's amazing how much this broom will drag out of your carpet. Saves getting it wound around the brush bar. It also has a blade side for getting spills 'swooshed' to one area for a quick mop.The telescopic handle is good for storage, it also has a hanging hole.I've had several of these since I first found them and I'm sure I'll have more as I use them daily
