Excellent chair , then again it should be for over £600 , packaged very well, sturdy quality comfortable chair. Even has a fancy Allen key ha ha .

I get it, statistically I'm a bit of an anomaly. I'm 6ft8 and weighing in at around 180kg due to illness, there's not many chairs suitable for me. Yeah, there's chairs for a lot heavier people than me. Yeah, there's chairs out there for tall people. There's virtually nothing out there for a very tall, very heavy person though. After weeks of searching the only thing I really found was a Steelcase Leap V2 Plus at about 5x the cost of this. You can also only buy a leap plus from an approved distributor, not even direct from Steelcase and the local distributors don't really work with consumers.I didn't want a Gaming Chair, especially one with mixed reviews, but I was getting desperate. After returning another chair with great difficulty I finally took the plunge and got the Titan Evo XL. On paper at least it suits my needs.Secretlabs know how to do a great unboxing, I'm not a huge fan of their company (more on that later) but their products are excellent! The chair was assembled for me as Im disabled, but it looked easy enough.The chair feels like it was made for me. The seat is firm but not uncomfortable and the back high enough for my height without causing and pressure points or discomfort. Mine is only a few hours old, so no issues with the chair being noisy yet but if this happens I'll update the reviews.Secretlab know their products are excellent but they treat customers with contempt. I'd only buy through Amazon and with a credit card for the extra protection.

The chair is very comfy no doubt about that. Your ass doesn't get numb and the armrests are also very comfortable and move in all directions. my only complaint is the arm pads although they are nice the layers of memory foam, tend to separate after a while, leaving holes in the armrests, although they're not very noticeable, and feels nice when I rub my arms on them, pulse, the warranty covers it.

Not going to lie, I bought this because I was sick of the cheap brands. I buy a cheaper chair at 1/4 of the price of a Secretlab chair, within a week I'm noticing issues. Cheap fabrics, cheap materials and above all CHEAP BASE. If the base of your chair is hardened plastic or just not similar to Secretlabs' Aluminum base, you'll be looking at a new chair within a few months.This Secretlab chair has none of those issues. All of the extra features and functions, it is amazing and well worth the investment. Please remember, respect the chair.

It's a very expensive chair but if you're going to be sat down most of the day you might as well get something nice. The quality of the chair is excellent and assembly was pretty easy, it comes with a QR code to a video guide if traditional step-by-step picture/written instructions aren't enough.Just make sure you refer to the size guide on Secret Lab's website before you purchase one. If you are under 5'6 especially DO NOT buy the Regular or XL size, unless you want an oversized chair.

SecretLab have over-engineered a chair design. This model and the magnets it uses can only be described as dumb.But that's not the main problem, the main problem is the appalling service the manufacturer provides where they cannot get back to you on time before the returns window expires.

Packing was fantastic and the chair looks and feels amazing. It was very simple to build. Took me like 10 to 15 min to build. Awesome chair recommended 100% 💪
